I am a graduate of The Citadel in Charleston, SC. I have been in the mortgage lending industry for 10 years with the last 3 years being a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist. I am the only CMPS mortgage professional in the Columbia SC area. As a CMPS professional, I look at the mortgage loan differently than typical mortgage professionals.
